
We are looking for a person who will own contact with new easySales customers in Poland and help them successfully start their journey with the platform. The role combines consultative sales, outbound prospecting, and hands-on onboarding support for eCommerce merchants.
Actively reach out to new inbound leads via phone and online meetings
Run sales conversations and product demos
Perform regular prospecting and cold calling to potential customers in the eCommerce sector
Analyse merchants' operational needs and recommend how easySales can support their sales processes and integrations
Guide new customers through onboarding: account setup, marketplace and shop integrations, logistics configuration, and first sales automations
Help customers achieve their first real results in the system and become confident users of the platform
Monitor activity of newly onboarded customers and react proactively to implementation challenges
Maintain CRM data, track sales activity, and share structured market feedback with the Product team
Identify opportunities for further account growth
Native or fluent Polish (this role talks to Polish merchants every day)
Good working English for internal collaboration
Proficient with AI workflows and prompts — easySales uses AI heavily across every team and we expect new hires to lean on it daily
Experience in consultative or B2B sales, customer success, or onboarding — ideally in SaaS or eCommerce
Comfortable with daily outbound calls and structured outreach
Strong communication and presentation skills
Goal-oriented, proactive, and organised — comfortable owning a pipeline
Working knowledge of CRM tools and structured sales workflows
