
Own the Polish merchant journey on easySales — from first login to first marketplace sync to the first real order shipped.
You'll be the day-to-day point of contact for new Polish merchants joining easySales. Your job is to make sure each one gets to their first results fast and feels confident running their daily operations on the platform. You work closely with Sales, Product, and Support to remove blockers and feed merchant insights back into the product.
Run onboarding calls and training sessions for new Polish merchants
Guide merchants through account setup, marketplace integrations, and logistics configuration
Resolve onboarding blockers — debug integration issues, coordinate with Support and Engineering when needed
Track each merchant's progress to their first real sales through easySales
Collect structured feedback on the onboarding experience and feed it back to Product
Improve onboarding documentation and processes based on patterns you see across merchants
Native or fluent Polish (this role talks to Polish merchants every day)
Good working English for internal collaboration
Proficient with AI workflows and prompts — easySales uses AI heavily across every team and we expect new hires to lean on it daily
Customer onboarding or client-facing experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Experience in eCommerce or SaaS platforms is a plus
The Polish merchants you onboard reach their first real marketplace sale within 30 days of signup
You've identified two or three concrete onboarding blockers and worked with Product to address them
You're the trusted local expert merchants ask for by name when they hit something tricky
