What you'll own

  • ➡ Communicating the business value of new products, features, and upcoming releases to key customers.

  • ➡ Delivering product presentations and technical demonstrations for clients.

  • ➡ Coordinating and supporting Proof of Concept (PoC) processes for prospective and existing customers.

  • ➡ Conducting technical training sessions for key enterprise customers and business partners.

  • ➡ Taking a proactive approach to resolving customer questions, technical issues, and product-related inquiries.

  • ➡ Building and coordinating long-term relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.

  • ➡ Working closely with sales representatives responsible for commercial projects, providing technical expertise during the sales process.

  • ➡ Monitoring, analyzing, and managing technical communication with clients, including handling requests through Jira, email, and product-related inquiries.
