About the role
The Project Manager in the Funds Change Team at DCG will oversee and deliver projects impacting key operational functions such as Transfer Agency and Fund Accounting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

Do you fit?
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or program management within a complex corporate environment, preferably in financial services
Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects related to investment fund operations, such as Fund Accounting or Transfer Agency
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related field
Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, including planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and manage stakeholders effectively
What you'll own
Plan, manage, and deliver projects impacting Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Pricing, Collateral, and Reconciliation functions
Develop project plans aligned with business scope, timelines, and resource requirements, while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Monitor project scope, assess risks, and prepare effective mitigation plans to minimize implementation risks
Manage stakeholders at different levels and drive communication and adoption strategies for process and system changes
Lead system development initiatives, support testing activities, and resolve conflicts to maintain a collaborative environment
