About the role
We're looking for someone who will take full responsibility for the lifecycle of IT projects delivered for our clients, from the first contact and gathering initial requirements, through preparing the offer and solution concept, all the way to overseeing execution and delivering the final product. You'll be the link between the client and the technical team, responsible for the scope, timeline, and budget of each project.

Do you fit?
Min. 3-5 years of experience in managing IT projects (Project/Delivery Management) and/or business analysis.
Experience working on the vendor side of IT providing client-specific projects (custom software / outsourcing).
Ability to gather and specify requirements (user stories, use cases, functional and non-functional requirements).
Practical knowledge of managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
Experience in preparing IT project proposals and estimates.
Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and the ability to apply them flexibly.
Very good communication and interpersonal skills, including interaction with business clients.
Ability to work with a distributed team and coordinate the work of technical specialists.
Very good command of English (min. B2/C1).
PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum / IIBA certification, welcome but not required.
What you'll own
