About the role

Digital & Technology Team (D&T) is an integral division of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center. We are committed to making Heineken the most connected brewery. That includes digitalizing and integrating our processes, ensuring best-in-class technology, and embedding a data-driven culture. By joining us you will work in one of the most dynamic and innovative teams and have a direct impact on building the future of Heineken!

Sales Force Automation (SFA) is the domain of tools that equip field sales representatives with everything they need to execute in-store, order taking, outlet visits, merchandising checks, and data capture, often in environments with limited or no connectivity. SEM is HEINEKEN's SFA platform, built as a .NET MAUI offline-first mobile application that keeps sales reps productive regardless of network conditions and syncs seamlessly once connectivity is restored. The product is under active development across multiple product teams working in parallel on different capability areas, and it's live today in roughly 40 countries worldwide, supporting field sales operations at global scale. We're now investing in transforming SEM into a modular system, one that can flex to the distinct commercial needs of highly varied markets.
