Own the activation funnel from signup to first 'aha' moment
Define and ship 4-6 experiments per quarter on onboarding, paywalls and retention loops
Partner with engineering, design and data to scope, build and measure
Drive weekly experiment reviews with the leadership team
Set quarterly OKRs for activation and 30-day retention
4+ years as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years on a growth or subscription team
Comfortable with SQL and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
Experience running quantitative A/B tests at scale
Strong written communication and stakeholder management
