The People Specialist Data Analytics delivers high-quality people data, analytics, reporting and operational support for Head Office. The role ensures accurate and timely dashboards, reports and data files that enable key people processes and compliance activities. In addition, the role executes and monitors recurring reporting routines (including completeness checks and follow-up actions), supports survey data preparation and file governance, and maintains automated reporting solutions. Working closely with Head Office People stakeholders, People Operations and Global People teams, the role contributes to standardised execution, data governance and continuous improvement of people analytics, systems and reporting.

What you'll own

  • delivering and maintaining Head Office people dashboards, KPIs and recurring reports (PowerBI/Excel/MyHR reporting outputs)

  • executing operational reporting routines including data completeness checks, exception lists and follow-up actions (e.g., reminders/escalations where agreed)

  • owning and coordinating data quality checks and issue resolution with People Operations/System owners (including Reporting Hub data quality follow-up)

  • supporting analytics and reporting for annual/bi-annual people cycles (performance, objective setting, end-year review, sustained performance, potential/calibration reporting)

  • delivering climate/survey data operations by preparing and validating required employee data files (e.g., mapping, permissions, terminations, tags) and coordinating with stakeholders

  • maintaining and monitoring automated reporting and operational processes (PowerAutomate/Forms/SharePoint lists), including troubleshooting and continuous improvement

  • providing standardised reporting outputs for L&D operational processes (e.g., onboarding lists, programme reporting, learning spend dashboards and inputs)

  • acting as reporting and data liaison for Finance/Privacy/Global People requirements and ensuring compliant handling of sensitive data

  • collecting stakeholder requirements, documenting work instructions and improving reporting products and usability

  • participating in people data and analytics projects as SME (e.g., new dashboards, reporting structure improvements, tool roll-outs).

  • 3–5 years in People Analytics / HR Reporting / Data Analytics, including recurring operational reporting and stakeholder support

  • bachelor or master degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data, Economics or a related field

  • strong analytical skills; able to translate requests into structured reporting outputs

  • advanced Excel and experience with dashboards/reporting (PowerBI and/or similar)

  • comfortable working with HR data sources (e.g., MyHR) and handling sensitive data appropriately

  • experience with automation tooling (e.g., PowerAutomate/Forms/SharePoint lists) or strong affinity to learn and maintain automated processes

  • strong process discipline: delivering recurring outputs reliably within defined timelines

  • stakeholder communication skills (clarifying requirements, documenting work instructions, aligning on expectations)

  • continuous improvement mindset (data quality root cause thinking; usability improvements)

  • experience with automation (PowerAutomate), dashboarding (PowerBI) and working in a shared services or global environment would be a plus
