About the role

Twój zakres obowiązków - Assist Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain and R&D/R&I in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with automotive, truck, train and bus customers, suppliers of raw materials, components, tooling, services, logistics and CAPEX, as well as partners, including consortiums and partnerships. - Support the assessment and resolution of legal operational issues arising across all relevant OPmobility Business Group sites.

What you'll own

  • Assist Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain and R&D/R&I in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with automotive, truck, train and bus customers, suppliers of raw materials, components, tooling, services, logistics and CAPEX, as well as partners, including consortiums and partnerships.

  • Support the assessment and resolution of legal operational issues arising across all relevant OPmobility Business Group sites.

  • Help ensure that OPmobility always operates within the law.

  • Support business strategy development by providing clear legal options and practical guidance.

  • Limit legal and contractual risk exposure.

What we'd love to see

  • Master’s degree in law, preferably in Commercial Law, International Law, Competition Law or Intellectual Property.

  • 5–7 years of experience in a law firm or in the legal department of an international company from the industrial sector, with exposure to legal operations matters.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; a good command of German would be an asset

  • Understanding of and exposure to a multicultural working environment.

  • Organized, team-oriented, with high integrity, strong ethical values and excellent communication skills.

  • Business-oriented and strategic mindset, with strong negotiation skills.
