About the role
The KYC Team Lead oversees the Know Your Customer team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing the onboarding and verification processes for clients.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or a related field
Experience in KYC, AML, or compliance roles, with leadership experience
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
What you'll own
Lead and manage the KYC team to ensure timely and accurate client onboarding
Develop and implement KYC policies, procedures, and controls
Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations
Conduct quality reviews of KYC documentation and client files
Provide training and guidance to team members on KYC requirements
Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to address regulatory changes
