Do you fit?

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience as a business analyst, ideally within KYC or compliance technology
Solid understanding of KYC processes and regulatory requirements
Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies
Strong communication abilities and skill in managing stakeholders
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools is a plus

What you'll own

Collect and document business needs for KYC technology solutions
Work alongside technology teams to build and roll out system improvements
Run user acceptance testing and confirm that system functionality meets expectations
Review KYC processes and pinpoint areas where automation and improvement can be applied
Produce process flows, functional specifications, and supporting documentation
Help stakeholders tackle system problems and deliver training
