The Junior DRP Team Manager leads a group of operational staff within a Disaster Recovery Planning and continuity operations setting, organizing daily work and making sure service standards are upheld.
Do you fit?
Prior work in an operational support or continuity/disaster recovery setting
Entry-level leadership or supervisory background, covering shift coordination or task distribution
Strong organizational capabilities and capacity to set priorities under stress
Solid analytical abilities for reporting on operational metrics
Clear communication skills in English
Familiarity with ITSM or ticketing applications is a plus
What you'll own
Organize daily tasks and distribute work among DRP and operations specialists
Track service levels, team output, and compliance with continuity procedures
Manage escalations and address operational problems promptly
Build shift schedules, monitor attendance, and assist with performance management tasks
Share reports on team KPIs, incident patterns, and operational metrics with senior leadership
Help with onboarding and mentoring of newly joined team members
Take part in process improvement projects and updating documentation
