Do you fit?
Experience delivering high-quality IT support in a growing organization, with a structured approach to problem-solving and ownership
Strong knowledge of the Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS, Apple Business Manager) and experience administering Google Workspace
Familiarity with collaboration and IT administration tools such as Slack, Jira, and Mobile Device Management solutions (e.g. Iru)
A highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-oriented mindset, with a passion for improving processes and creating clear documentation
Experience with ISO 27001, endpoint security, or IT asset management is a plus
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Interest in new technologies, including AI, combined with an understanding of security and organizational risk is nice to have.
What you'll own
Provide day-to-day IT support for Centra employees across our three office locations, ensuring requests are resolved efficiently and with a great internal customer experience
Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding, making sure equipment, accounts, and access rights are provisioned and revoked accurately and on time
Manage and maintain our Apple device ecosystem, including MacBooks, iPhones, Apple Business Manager, endpoint protection, and Mobile Device Management
Administer and support core internal platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and other business-critical applications
Own IT asset lifecycle management by maintaining accurate inventories, hardware records, and configuration databases
Create, improve, and maintain IT documentation, helping transform operational knowledge into clear, scalable processes
Support internal and external ISO 27001 audits by ensuring IT processes, documentation, and controls remain compliant.
