HR Business Partner - Krakow

About the role

Working as an HR Business Partner in Krakow, you serve as a strategic consultant to both managers and staff, guiding people-related processes and organizational growth in step with business goals.

Responsibilities

   Work alongside leadership to roll out HR strategies that support business objectives

2. 2

   Guide managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and proven practices

3. 3

   Assist with talent management, performance evaluations, and staff development programs

4. 4

   Handle employee relations topics and address concerns in a fair and prompt way

5. 5

   Lead engagement efforts and track workforce metrics

6. 6

   Work together with HR centers of excellence on hiring, pay, and training programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar discipline

• Multiple years of work in an HR Business Partner or generalist position

• Sound understanding of labor law and HR proven practices

• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication abilities

• Capability to work with data and HR analytics to back decision making

• English fluency; Polish language ability is a plus
