The General Counsel for Employment Law provides legal guidance and oversight on employment-related issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and mitigating legal risks.

Do you fit?
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar admission in good standing.
Significant experience in employment law, preferably in-house or at a law firm.
In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple legal projects and priorities effectively.
What you'll own
Advise on employment contracts, policies, and compliance with labor regulations.
Handle employment disputes, investigations, and litigation matters.
Conduct legal audits and risk assessments for employment practices.
Provide training to HR and management on employment law topics.
Negotiate and draft employment agreements and severance packages.
Monitor changes in employment laws and update company policies accordingly.
