A customer advisor position for a TV streaming provider, assisting Finnish-speaking customers with service-related issues.

Native or fluent proficiency in Finnish, with good English skills
Experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or digital environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with streaming technologies or similar digital platforms
Ability to work shifts, including evenings or weekends
What you'll own
Provide support to customers in Finnish regarding subscriptions, technical issues, and account management
Troubleshoot streaming problems and guide users through solutions
Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution
Educate customers on features and available content of the streaming service
Document interactions and update customer records accurately
Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues
