About the role
The Business Controller plays a key role in guiding management decisions by tracking financial performance, building budgets and forecasts, and reviewing business results throughout the company.
Do you fit?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
At least 3 years of experience in a controlling, financial analysis or FP&A position
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting practices
Advanced Excel skills combined with hands-on experience using ERP systems
Strong analytical capabilities, careful attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets
Good command of English, both written and spoken
What you'll own
Develop monthly, quarterly and annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans jointly with business units
Compare actual results against budget and prior periods, producing variance analysis reports with clear explanations
Create management reports and financial presentations aimed at senior leadership and stakeholders
Provide business units with financial analysis to support pricing decisions, investments and strategic projects
Refine and maintain financial models, reporting workflows and controlling tools
Uphold compliance with internal reporting standards, accounting policies and group reporting requirements
