Twój zakres obowiązków - Key Responsibilities - Logistics Operations: Act as the primary point of contact for logistics companies and freight forwarders. Coordinate, monitor, and optimize shipping and distribution schedules.

  • Logistics Operations: Act as the primary point of contact for logistics companies and freight forwarders. Coordinate, monitor, and optimize shipping and distribution schedules.

  • Data Management: Organize, update, and maintain all logistics-related documentation, operational data, and performance reports.

  • Basic Accounting & Admin: Handle basic accounting tasks, including processing invoices, verifying billing discrepancies, and organizing financial documents.

  • General Support: Assist the branch manager and team with general office administration and operational tasks as required.

What we'd love to see

  • Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in logistics operations, supply chain coordination, or a combined logistics/admin role.

  • Language Skills (Strictly Required):

  • Polish: Native or bilingual proficiency (for seamless cooperation with local authorities, partners, and vendors).

  • English: Fluent/Professional working proficiency (for internal reporting and corporate communication).

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for data organization).

  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a strong plus.
