About the role
The Accountant Manager leads the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
Do you fit?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in accounting, including management roles.
Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
What you'll own
Manage and supervise the accounting team's daily activities.
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
Ensure adherence to accounting principles, laws, and internal controls.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for compliance and reporting.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
