About the role
The Strategy Consultant will join Accenture's Industry Strategy – Resources team to lead strategic engagements that shape the future of organizations in Utilities, Energy/Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Natural Resources, advising executives and driving transformative impact.
Do you fit?
Master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, economics, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or the Resources industry.
Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis for strategic recommendations.
Experience developing client deliverables like presentations and strategic roadmaps.
Fluency in English and German or French (spoken and written).
Willingness to travel and work on client sites as required.
What you'll own
Lead strategic engagements from problem framing and analysis to solution design and implementation.
Advise senior executives and stakeholders, delivering insights for critical business decisions.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to uncover opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
Shape growth, market strategies, cost transformation, and profitability initiatives for clients.
Support transaction and M&A projects, including commercial due diligence and integration planning.
Create high-impact deliverables such as C-suite presentations and strategic roadmaps.
