A Senior Project/Program Manager Vice President role at Citi's Investor Services Operations team in Warsaw, responsible for shaping and driving process and technology change across the group, delivering complex projects with significant impact in the financial services industry.
Do you fit?
6-10 years of experience in Project Management or operational improvements such as Lean or reengineering.
Expertise in project methodologies and tools; PMBOK standard or PMP certification advantageous.
Proven experience driving projects with external clients with ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience in asset management or Securities Services operations with strong understanding of financial markets (desirable).
Strong analytical skills and excellent English communication.
Bachelor's or University degree required; Master's preferred.
What you'll own
Lead, coordinate and successfully implement multiple projects/programs across Operations, cooperating with Product, Technology partners and clients.
Formulate detailed project plans, analyze effort, cost and impact on various Citi businesses to ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risks.
Support analysis and oversight of proposed system changes to assure smooth project implementation.
Build and manage an effective project team, challenge the status quo, and display initiative and innovation.
Ensure all necessary project documentation is maintained and all required approvals are obtained.
Drive improvement and competitive differentiation by proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
