The Senior Operations Manager at Concentrix CVG International is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring business efficiency and effectiveness through strategic planning, process management, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager.
English proficiency at C1/C2 level; Polish at B2 level is an advantage.
Proven track record of mentoring, coaching, and providing direction to a team.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve work processes.
Capability to work well under pressure and ensure follow-through on tasks to completion.
Strong organizational skills for prioritizing projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
What you'll own
Maintain and grow program revenues while managing profitability, margins, billing, and retention.
Develop and implement training, staff development, and employee recognition programs.
Provide leadership and guidance to ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Oversee client relationships, monitor satisfaction, and support business development from existing clients.
Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a positive work environment through employee engagement.
Participate in cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
