The Senior Finance Systems Support Specialist provides expert-level support, maintenance, and optimization for financial systems and applications, ensuring data integrity and system reliability for finance operations.

Proven experience in a systems support or business analyst role within a finance or accounting environment.
Strong knowledge of financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with SQL or similar query languages for data extraction and analysis.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll own
Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex issues within financial systems and reporting tools.
Collaborate with finance and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements or new functionalities.
Perform system configuration, testing, and validation to support financial processes and reporting cycles.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and support procedures.
Monitor system performance and data integrity, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes by ensuring system availability and accuracy.
