An SAP HCM Payroll Consultant responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Payroll solutions to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.

Proven experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant
Deep knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration including schemas, rules, and wage types
Understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
Experience with payroll testing, parallel runs, and issue resolution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
SAP HCM Payroll certification is a plus
What you'll own
Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll (PY) modules including wage types, payroll schemas, and rules
Design and implement payroll solutions aligned with local statutory and regulatory requirements
Conduct payroll testing, validation, and parallel runs to ensure accuracy
Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide functional support to end users
Prepare documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and test scripts
Support payroll upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
