About the role
Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or Senior Salesforce Administrator.Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including product setup, bundle configuration, pricing waterfall, pricing rules, product rules, quote generation, and discount management.Extensive experience delivering advanced declarative solutions across the Salesforce platform, including Flows, validation rules, page layouts, custom objects and fields, security model, sharing rules, reports, and dashboards.Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Experience working directly with business stakeholders and coordinating activities with external vendors, implementation partners, and third-party providers.Foundational programmatic knowledge with the ability to read, debug, and perform minor updates to Apex classes, triggers, test classes, SOQL queries, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Experience with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.Familiarity with Git-based version control and release management processes.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.Ability to work independently, facilitate workshops, and drive initiatives from discovery through delivery.Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.Nice to Have:Experience with Account…

Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering activities with business stakeholders
Turn business needs into scalable Salesforce designs and detailed functional specifications
Act as the main contact point for external partners and technical teams
Handle Salesforce CPQ configuration, covering product setup, bundle configuration, pricing waterfall, pricing rules, product rules, quote generation, and discount management
Build advanced declarative solutions across the Salesforce platform, including Flows, validation rules, page layouts, custom objects and fields, security model, sharing rules, reports, and dashboards
Collect, analyze, and document business requirements and convert them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Engage directly with business stakeholders and coordinate with external vendors, implementation partners, and third-party providers
Read, debug, and make small updates to Apex classes, triggers, test classes, SOQL queries, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Apply Jira and Agile delivery methodologies
Work with Git-based version control and release management processes

Apply AI tools within the everyday workflow
