Experience in financial controlling or process management
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in financial systems and Excel
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Excellent communication skills in English
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
What you'll own
Monitor and analyze financial processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Prepare and review financial reports and reconciliations
Collaborate with finance teams to standardize processes across global functions
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
