You will combine strategic vision with hands-on impact: empowering local leadership teams, promoting our company culture, and owning the Logistic Strategy to build high-performing, sustainable teams.

Who We Are Looking For
Management Experience: 2–3 years of experience in management/leadership roles, ideally within an HR Business Partner function in logistics, supply chain, or a fast-paced operational environment.
Core Competencies: Strong project management background, proven public speaking and presentation skills, and a data-driven, analytical approach to HR metrics.
Technical Skills: Good proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
Talent & Leadership Expertise: Proven track record in designing or leading talent development processes, succession planning, change management, and conflict resolution.
Language Skills (Fluent English -B1/B2 level minimum, Note for non-Polish speakers: Participation in Polish language lessons will be mandatory to support effective local communication.
On-site Presence: Willingness to work on-site from our logistics facilities in Gliwice or Łódź (with up to 1 remote day per week).
What you'll own
Your Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to warehouse and logistics directors. Translate business needs into actionable HR and talent strategies aligned with our global and country logistics goals.
Logistic Strategy Sponsorship: Design, implement, and standardise our talent management strategy across the country logistics ecosystem. Own key talent initiatives, succession planning, leadership development, and recruitment strategy to secure critical capabilities.
Leadership & Organization Development: Coach warehouse directors, promote autonomy and responsibility, and support them in performance management, career paths, and internal mobility.
Culture, Inclusion & Environment: Embody and promote Decathlon's Purpose, Values, and Human Fundamentals. Foster a healthy, transparent, inclusive, and safe work environment.
Change Management & Transformation: Facilitate change initiatives, support organizational transformations, and monitor key HR metrics to continuously optimize HR processes.
