About the role
A Junior Accountant in OTC Billing is responsible for supporting the order-to-cash billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation and customer account management.
Do you fit?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and the order-to-cash cycle
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
What you'll own
Prepare and issue customer invoices based on sales orders and contracts
Verify billing data for accuracy and compliance with company policies
Process credit and debit notes as required
Maintain and update customer billing records in the accounting system
Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
Respond to internal and external queries regarding billing documents
