Do you fit?

3+ years of experience in IT operations, IT management, technology governance, or a comparable role, ideally within banking or financial services.
Practical knowledge of IT infrastructure, banking systems, information security, and technology controls.
Knowledge of NBU requirements or other regulatory frameworks that apply to IT operations at Ukrainian financial institutions.
Experience with maintaining IT documentation, policies, procedures, risk registers, or audit evidence.
Familiarity with vendor management, incident management, access controls, and business continuity arrangements.
Capable of coordinating various stakeholders and collaborating successfully with external providers and central technology teams.
A methodical, hands-on style of working, with strong attention to detail and a readiness to take responsibility for operational matters.
Strong communication abilities and fluent English.

What you'll own

IT Operations: Oversee daily IT operations, track system availability, and make sure infrastructure and banking systems run reliably.
Regulatory Compliance & IT Governance: Keep IT policies, procedures, registers, and documentation up to date as required by the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) and other relevant regulations.
Technology Risk Management: Help identify and monitor IT risks, implement controls, manage incidents, and carry out regulatory remediation work.
Cybersecurity & Business Continuity: Work with the CISO and relevant teams on security controls, access management, incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery arrangements.
Banking Systems & Infrastructure: Manage local IT infrastructure and banking systems, coordinate technical support, and ensure issues are resolved together with internal teams and external providers.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and contractors, track service delivery, and make sure contractual obligations and SLAs are fulfilled.
Group Collaboration:** Serve as the local contact for ZEN.COM's central technology, security, and infrastructure teams, helping put Group standards and solutions in place.
IT Projects & Reporting: Manage local technology initiatives, monitor implementation progress, and produce operational and regulatory reports.
Documentation & Audit Support:** Prepare and maintain proof of IT controls, assist with internal and external audits, and act on identified findings.
