Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end - you know how to make them work
A strong network in gaming, pop culture, and/or esports - built from real relationships, not a spreadsheet
Genuine passion for the creator economy and where it's heading
Solid negotiation skills - you know how to seal a deal that's good for Displate and keeps partners coming back
A structured, process-oriented mindset: you build systems, not just one-off campaigns
Analytical thinking - you can read the numbers, find the story, and make the call
Natural leadership: people follow your lead because you've earned it
