Do you fit?
Relevant experience developing and shipping code for production systems
Generalist that strives for velocity and loves owning a feature from start to finish by contributing across the stack.
Proficient coding skills in one or more of the following - Javascript, Typescript, Elixir, or Ruby.
Experience with frontend frameworks and technologies, including but not limited to React, React Native, Javascript, CSS, etc.
Proven experience in building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit/integration testing techniques.
Commitment to creating an exceptional end-user experience, with attention to the smallest details that can elevate their interaction with our platform.
Current knowledge of relevant technologies and an ability to implement them effectively.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
What you'll own
Build systems and product experiences that drive user acquisition, activation, and conversion across the platform to help scale the Bounce marketplace
Take real customer problems and shape them into simple, delightful experiences spanning both backend and frontend
Grow acquisition channels, develop growth systems, and craft product experiences that help more users discover and use Bounce
Run A/B tests, study user behavior, and keep improving conversion funnels and growth loops through rapid experimentation
Carry a feature from concept through to production while working closely with Product, Design, and teams across the company
Work in fast-paced one-week cycles with projects scoped to fit one or two cycles
