About the role

Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services. We offer solutions and assets across Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Operations, Industry X and Accenture Song. We are delivering on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.

Within Accenture, the Deal Structuring & Pricing (DSP) team supports the development of the firm’s largest and most complex contracts. With a global community of finance professionals, DSP plays a central role in shaping the commercial and financial foundations of major technology engagements across Europe.

As a Senior Specialist in Deal Structuring & Pricing, you will act as the finance lead on individual deals, contributing directly to how large-scale engagements are structured, priced and approved. You will work closely with sales, technology and leadership teams, applying financial expertise in a highly commercial context.

What you'll own

  • Financial modelling. Building multi-year P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow projections for large technology contracts. The models need to reflect the specific cost drivers, pricing structures, and risk profile of each deal.

  • Commercial structuring. Working with sales and technical teams to develop pricing approaches, assess risk and return, and ensure the commercial terms are sound for both Accenture and the client.

  • Financial presentations. Preparing and presenting financial materials for Accenture leadership and, where relevant, for client finance teams. This requires both analytical rigour and the ability to communicate clearly to non-finance audiences.

  • Accounting and risk analysis. Assessing how different deal structures affect the financial statements of both parties - covering areas such as revenue recognition, capital treatment, and cost classification.

  • Deal documentation. Preparing the internal approval materials that set out the financial case for a deal, for review by senior leadership.
