About the role
You will join a project within the financial services sector, focused on strengthening the operational resilience of Collaboration and Communication Services (CCS).
The role focuses on designing, coordinating, and facilitating desktop testing and recovery exercises aligned with CCS objectives and regulatory expectations applicable to banking operations.
You will work closely with stakeholders across business units and support functions to validate existing crisis and recovery plans, assess manual recovery procedures and operational dependencies, and identify potential gaps.
The position combines Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Operational Resilience and recovery testing, requiring strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Do you fit?
3 to 5 years of professional experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Operational Resilience, or a similar field
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in testing, exercising, or technical recovery planning
Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing and running testing exercises, including desktop exercises
Professional background in the financial services industry, such as banking or insurance
Good understanding of how large financial organizations operate and handle technology and operational dependencies
Extensive knowledge of BCCM, Business Continuity and Crisis Management frameworks, methods, and best practices
Outstanding workshop facilitation and stakeholder management abilities
Capability to engage with senior leadership, manage different viewpoints, and drive productive discussions
Ability to work under pressure and adjust to changing priorities while staying focused on exercise goals and results
Strong skills in coordination and documentation
What you'll own
Create and organize desktop testing exercises in line with CCS objectives and banking regulatory standards
Develop realistic scenarios grounded in MVB to assess manual recovery procedures and cross-business dependencies
Facilitate and host workshops with key stakeholders from business units and support functions
Validate current crisis and recovery plans and pinpoint operational gaps
Manage all exercise logistics, including participant involvement, timing, documentation, and team coordination
Provide real-time facilitation during desktop exercise sessions
Produce reusable exercise materials, participant guides, and facilitator notes
Track and oversee action items from testing exercises
Coordinate follow-up tasks and deliver timely updates to senior leadership and program governance
Record exercise outcomes, such as findings, observations, gaps, and recommendations
Identify ways to enhance recovery capabilities for Collaboration and Communication Services
Work with Business Continuity and Crisis Management teams to align recovery plans, crisis protocols, and broader continuity strategies
