About the role
Tylko was founded in Warsaw, Poland in 2015 and is changing how people design, shop for, and experience furniture. The team builds bespoke storage that combines advanced technology, premium craftsmanship, and sustainable production, with every piece made to order and crafted locally to cut waste and extend longevity.

What we're looking for:
Solid SQL skills that let you write and tune complex queries
Hands-on experience with data modelling
Experience collecting requirements straight from business stakeholders, grasping where things stand and where they want to go, then suggesting a fitting solution
Strong drive to keep growing toward a Data Engineer position
Fluent Polish and a good level of English
In the Warsaw office 3 days a week
Nice to have:
Python
Experience creating reusable AI solutions such as prompts, workflows, skills, or automations

What you'll own
Design and roll out optimised data models that meet business needs and keep data accurate and consistent
Pull together data from multiple databases, APIs, streaming platforms, and files
Diagnose data problems, fix data quality issues, and actively cut down technical debt
Work hand in hand with business stakeholders to turn their needs into practical data solutions
