We are seeking a highly skilled and curious AI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions across cloud platforms. You will play a key role in shaping our AI strategy — from classical ML models to cutting-edge Generative AI and agentic systems. As a hands-on architect, you’ll collaborate closely with data engineers, MLOps specialists, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative AI solutions.

What we'd love to see
At least 5 years of experience applying data-driven approaches to business scenarios, including the design and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms.
Within this experience, at least 2 year should involve working with AI, generative AI or agentic AI technologies to build scalable AI/ML solutions.
Proven experience designing and delivering AI/ML or Gen AI solutions in enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake for large-scale data and AI workloads.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face
Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar).
Solid understanding of MLOps, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and vector search.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD for ML workflows.
Awareness of cloud security, networking, and access control best practices to ensure AI systems are robust, compliant, and enterprise-ready.
Excellent communication and solution design documentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams.
Experience in leading or contributing to AI communities, organizing seminars, internal/external knowledge-sharing sessions, hackathons, or technical workshops.
Staying current with the latest trends and technologies in the AI ecosystem.
