About the role
Aerospace and Defense Functional Consultants with ERP industry solutions experience support clients in the aerospace and defense space in refining business processes through ERP system rollouts and functional setup.

Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or a comparable discipline
Hands-on experience with ERP systems in manufacturing or defense settings
Familiarity with aerospace and defense industry processes and rules
Strong functional and analytical abilities
Outstanding skills in communicating and managing client relationships
Willingness to visit client locations when the work requires it
What you'll own
Examine and record functional business processes for aerospace and defense clients
Set up ERP modules that back manufacturing, supply chain, and project operations
Help with collecting requirements, planning solutions, and running system checks
Work together with technical colleagues on integrations and tailoring work
Offer functional advice on industry best practices and compliance obligations
Run user training sessions and provide continued support after go-live
