Junior IT Analyst

About the role

We are hiring an IT Analyst to support the Deposits Domain of a leading Nordic banking organization, which maintains and builds solutions for personal banking accounts and deposits serving millions of customers, at a rate of 250 to 500 PLN per day on a B2B or Contract of Mandate basis. The role is offered on a hybrid model based in Gdansk, Gdynia or Warsaw with three days per week in the office, and you would join a team of skilled Product Owners and Analysts partnering with development teams in

Requirements

• Demonstrated background working as an IT Analyst or Business Analyst

• Solid capability in requirements engineering and analysis

• Hands-on experience with business and data modelling

• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture

• Prior work carried out within the banking sector

• Excellent command of SQL

• Background dealing with large and complex datasets

• Applied knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Comprehension of complex system architectures and integration methods

• Outstanding abilities in stakeholder management and communication

• Capacity to operate independently and proactively in a fast moving environment

• Track record of working inside a Nordic bank

• Awareness of the Hadoop ecosystem

• Practical exposure to Big Data platforms and solutions

• Insight into reporting and downstream data processing environments
